Summer Internship at IISc Bangalore (Centre for Nano Science and Engineering)

The Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE) at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore is inviting applications for a summer internship. This is targeted at promising Undergraduate and Masters students from India and abroad.

The program covers various research topics in nano science and engineering, utilizing CeNSE facilities.

Duration: 8-10 weeks, starting before 31st May.
Minimum commitment of 8 weeks is mandatory.
Interns are expected to deliver an oral presentation at the end of the program.

Eligibility

Open to students actively enrolled in any stage of an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree program.
Students graduating before the start of the program (May) are not eligible.

How to Apply

Applications are accepted online, typically starting every January.

Applicants need to provide details of their current faculty, not the IISc faculty they will work with during the internship.

Stipend and Accommodation

Stipend: Rs 5000/month.
No accommodation is provided; participants are responsible for arranging their own.
